I just wanted to say hello. I may not know some of you, but I am hoping that will change. We all live in the Adamson Creek community. These are certainly tumultuous times and we might find that we need to rely on our friends and neighbors more than we have in the past.
During the recent Homeowner's Association Meetings I met a few more of my neighbors. While I sat and listened to the questions and comments, I heard some concerns from some of you, and outright fear from others. I heard a little bit of anger from some and also some volunteer to take action.

For anyone interested, or if you have not heard about it yet, Adamson Creek is having a community wide Garage Sale on Saturday 19 May from 8am-2pm. This was sanctioned by the HOA, and a sign was posted in front of the community, but someone has removed it.

Well I am sure most of you have received the letter sent out by Anytime Property Management. If not I will include it in the bottom of my post here. But I wanted to share my response with the neighborhood, as I do not usually voice my opinion on here I feel that since the letter was in response to this site it is only fitting.

I wasnt able to make it to the last HOA Meeting, but can someone tell me what we are paying Anytime Management $9000 for? Correct me if I am wrong but that is the management expenses? Can someone please elaborate?
